delivering online services in 1999 and were certified as InternetSecure
merchants on April 26, 2000. By concentrating on the efficient online delivery
of basic services, we can provide quality professional service at affordable
rates. We are backed up by the over thirty years experience of our key people.

Our Key People
Jack Smugler, LLB., LLM.: Our lawyer, Registered Trademark Agent
and CEO, Jack provides us with a great deal of knowledge and experience. He has
a Bachelor of Law (UWO), Masters of Law (Ottawa) and Diploma in Mechanical
Technology (BCIT). He is also a Registered Trademark Agent with the Canadian
Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) and can represent Canadian residents
for U.S. trademarks.
Tunde Nemeth: Tunde is our Manager of Customer Services, and our
chief Name Search Consultant. for Canada and Ontario incorporations. She
has a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts Degree as well as a Certificate
in Adult Education.
David J. French, LLB: We are very fortunate to have Mr. David J.
French as our Counsel. Mr. French has over 30 years experience in both government
and private practice. His areas of concentration have included patent, trademark
and licensing work. He has been a Registered Patent and Trademark agent
for over 25 years.

If you are dissatisfied with any of our services, please advise us of the reason. If we don't make it right within five business days, we will fully refund your last payment of fees to us. Disbursements we have made on your behalf, such as government fees, are not refundable.
